Harris CS80C286 -6
A brand new (well, never used) 6MHz chip! The 286 at 6MHz is the slowest 286 processor out there. Unfortunatly I don't have a motherboard for this CPU so I can't benchmark it to compare with the 8MHz 8088/286.
