Intel's server/workstation CPU that is based on the Pentium II. Actually this CPU is pretty much like the normal Pentium II because it also has 512KB L2 off-die half-speed L2 cache. Faster versions of the Xeon 450 exist with 1MB or even 2MB L2 cache.
