The Diamond Edge is a combination of graphics, audio and (Sega Saturn) controller-card. I haven't tested the audio function nor the Sega controller function but it's graphics-part is quite poor.
In DOS the scrolling of text is slow (i.e. typing 'DIR') and compatibility with games is poor. Both Wolfenstein 3D and Doom suffer from a certain 'flipping' which makes the screen flicker. This effect differs on the various NV-cards. The Diamond Edge 2200 doesn't flicker in Quake but does flicker in Doom in a way that's annoying to play. > Read more
