The successor to the Trident TVGA8800. I'm unsure what, chip-wise, the differences are. However Trident did something right and made it quite a bit faster. Using a Pentium 100 (which is very fast for this card, the year 1990 is 286 and 386 territory) Doom runs at 15.58 FPS whereas the older 8800CS only scores 11.82 FPS.
