Intel Mobile Pentium MMX 150

In contrast to desktop versions of the Pentium MMX, the Mobile Pentium MMX versions came in a broader variety ranging from 120MHz up to 300MHz. This 150MHz version uses a 60MHz front-side-bus (FSB). In most cases it's sufficient but personally I think a faster bus is better with higher clock frequencies. All the more because the PCI-bus will run faster too when the FSB is clocked higher.

The models running at 120MHz, 133MHz and 150MHz are always based on the P55LM (35nm) core. The 166MHz model is available in both P55LM and Tillamook core. The Tillamook core is 25nm and goes up to 300MHz.
