The Intel Prescott released on 2 February 2004 as successor of the Pentium 4 'Northwood'. This particular engineering sample is made in the 46th week of 2003 which is mid-November 2003. The C0-stepping like this CPU is the stepping that was production-ready and eventually found it's way into CPU's like the SL79L that were released in the second month of 2004.
