SUNIX VGA0411
I bough this card (actually two of them) for two reasons: one for collection since I didn't have anything powered by a Volari Z11 and one to fit in my home-server (that hosts this site, as well) to replace the MSI GeForce 210 that has been in there running 24/7 for about 10 years.
The Z11 uses very little energy (2W according to manufacturer SUNIX) so it's more economical to run 24/7. Due the low power consumption this card doesn't need a heatsink.
To create such a basic yet low power card/chip several concessions have to be made. It can output 1920x1200 at just 16-bits color and it has no 3D-capabilities built in.
Since the chip is not new it's not possible to get new (Windows Server 2016/2019) drivers. Since I don't need output it runs fine with the Standard VGA driver from Microsoft. Driver-wise it ends at Windows Server 2012/Windows8 but those drivers won't gain any benefits when using RDP.
