Sparkle SP5300T
You're looking at a low-budget card from Sparkle. This is not a GeForce-whatsoever but a plain old Riva TNT2! Consider the time-frame, halfway 2002, with GeForce 3 and 4 cards being around that offer a lot more performance. Sparkle probably found a way to sell old (cheaply bought?) TNT2 chips as lot's of people bought budget GeForce 2 MX cards instead of the aged TNT2.
The Riva TNT 2 M64 belongs to the low-budget models of the TNT2 series. It has a 64-bit bus rather than 128-bit which can be found on the faster TNT 2 cards.
