A simple small passive cooled card that needs a special cable to be able to output image to two DVI cables.
On the picture you'll see the small NV34GL chip which is accompanied by an even smaller chip: the AGP to PCI-e bridge. The NV34GL chip is basically a GeForce FX 5200 which was originally made for AGP only.
