A budget card in all it's forms: small PCB, passive cooling and a SiS chip. I haven't tested the card yet but I don't expect anything fancy. Performance-wise it will be poor but it'll probably do it's job quite alright in 2D desktop/Office environments. Let just hope that the VGA output/filtering is good .
