Sharp LH70108 -8

The Sharp LH70108 is a chip produced by Sharp and based on the NEC V20 chip. According to the datasheet there are 5MHz and 8MHz versions available. The LH70108 is 8088/V20 compatible. The LH70116 is 8086/V30 compatible. The difference between the 8 and 16 is just the width of the external databus (8-bit opposed to 16-bit).
