Hedaka OTI 037C

I have a couple of OTI O37C-based cards. Some of them are 8-bit ISA and some of them are 16-bit ISA. However I haven't found any performance differences in them. Looking at the card configurations I notice that all 512KB models are 16-bit so it's probably just matter of addressing space.
