Rise mP6 266

Another player in the x86 that didn't make it. Rise developed on the mP6 for years and finally launched it in three sorts; a PR200, PR233 and PR266 model. I have the latter.

For years I couldn't benchmark this CPU because I thought it was broken. I acquired another CPU (read here) and found out it needed 2.9V to run stable. This CPU in particular also needed 2.9V to boot at all.
